I believe the easiest book is Pola Churchill's "Shiva Mahavatar Babaji". It is a great short collection of personal stories.

"I am Harmony" by Rhade Shyam is a beautifully comprehensive (and large!) book, while "Physical Immortality", by Leonard Orr, is possibly the most accurate... or the most ludicrous... sometimes it's hard to tell ;-)

If you can find a copy of "Babaji Mahavatar - the descent of eternity into time" you will have the most amazing collection of photos at your fingertips, each of which is worth several books.
